I painted this using gouache paints, as a plein air piece in a local park.
I did this painting on location using gouache paints. It was a lot of fun and a bit challenging because the sky and sun kept changing.
This piece is of a landscape from Glacier National Park, with some of the wildlife that's found there. A mountain goat, ptarmigan bird, and a marmot...all eating some food together as friends :) I painted this in gouache paints by Arteza which are really nice to work with.
